Creating a fine art print from our gallery of images begins with ensuring that the source image is of the finest quality possible. All images are either from film, digitally scanned at high resolution (4,000 dpi) using a dedicated film scanner, or they are raw image files from digital cameras taken at the highest resolution possible.

We use only professional grade ink jet printers to make our prints. This process is often referred to as "giclée" printing and is a well established medium. All inks and papers used in our prints are of archival quality, thus ensuring a lifetime of enjoyment. These prints are rated not to fade or experience color shifts for up to 75 to 100 years depending on the type of photo paper used. Each print is literally hand printed as there is no automation process in our shop. Moreover, each print must match the original image in color, tone, and sharpness before it is shipped to the customer.

On a limited basis we are offering prints of select images using Lightjet digital printing technology. This process uses a laser system to expose Fuji Crystal Archive paper which is then processed in the traditional lab method. The result is a print with superior continuity of tone and sharpness. This is an excellent medium for very large prints. Please contact me for a quote and expected delivery times.

I ask that each customer take good care of their art prints and frame them under glass as soon as possible using archival acid-free materials. This will extend the life of your print as well as protect your investment. Hang the framed print indoors and away from direct sunlight and enjoy a lifetime of viewing.

When you are ready to purchase one of our prints it is a simple matter of clicking on the image in the gallery. On the next screen that pops up, add it to your cart by clicking on the shopping cart button for the size you desire. Payment is accepted using PayPal. For those who prefer standard mail order we accept checks drawn on U.S. banks and money orders. Please send us an e-mail with the image name, number, size, and quantity for each. This payment method requires ten business days to allow for checks to clear our bank before items are shipped. At this time we do not accept C.O.D. orders. All orders are shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx using standard rates. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the total sale at checkout. If you need a rush order or would like to use other shipping methods please contact us and we will do our best to get your order to you fast, safe, and secure.

Some images are only available in limited sizes. The source image will determine the extent to which a print can be blown up to the larger sizes. Our overriding goal is to produce a print that has ample detail and sharpness even when viewed at close distances. All prints must meet a very high level of quality before they are shipped to you.

  • Prices quoted are for the print only, framing materials are not included.

 

  • Computer display monitors vary widely in the way they display colors and luminance. What you see on your screen may differ from the actual print. Nevertheless, you will not be disappointed. You have our assurance that all prints are expertly color corrected using instrument calibrated monitors.

 

  • All prints are inspected for printing defects before they are shipped. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Please return any image in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt along with a brief description and location of the defect. Upon inspection we will ship to you a reprint at no additional cost.
